Mary Showstark represents PAGH. She is Assistant Professor, Department of Internal Medicine, Yale Physician Assistant Online Program, Yale School of Medicine and affiliate faculty at the Yale Institute of Global Health.  She was trained as Physician Assistant in University of Florida, 2004 and served across the US over the years. She holds a number of positions globally, including being member of Interprofessional.Global to help rewrite the interprofessional guidelines for the World Health Organization. She is a global ambassador to the American Academy of PAs. She is liaison to Global Association of Clinical Officers and Physician Associates: Africa. She is creator of Virtual Interprofessional Education Symposium Afri-VIPE: Africa and part of the International Academy of Physician Associate Educators IAPAE communications team. She is also the creator of IFPACS www.ifpacs.org She has extensive experience in clinical trials and grants. She has presented at a multitude of conferences and participated in many organisational efforts to strengthen the discipline nationally and globally. She has 17 refereed publications.
