The first meeting 2-4pm CAT on Tuesday 5th April had two presenters: Dr. Constantine Labongo from Makerere University, Uganda and Prof. Elize Pietersen of AfrIPEN and based in South Africa. In addition Dr Anna Dania of Maastricht University, Netherlands talked about developing Practice-Based Research Networks, a project for AfroPHC. We could not share progress on the collaborative study with Imperial College London on Digital Health for PHC in Africa, based on group discussions from our Policy Workshop in November 2021 but shared success as partners in developing the African Population Cohort Consortium.
