Nthabiseng Phaladze represents AfreHealth on the Advisory Board. She is a professional nurses with a Ph.D. at The University of Michigan School of Nursing, Ann Arbor, MI, USA. She is a professor in the University of Botswana, having been the  Head, School of Nursing and Director, WHO CC Nursing and Midwifery Development. She is an accomplished academic with many supervised research projects, 4 books, 6 chapters, 37 refereed publications and many conference presentations. She has long service to Botswana University and other universities. She provides active service to community and governance-social engagement in Botswana and across the continent.
